Through the act of connecting with others, it is often necessary to reveal our threadbare selves to them. This is a risk, and life makes no promises of the outcomes. It can also be seen as stretching, or grafting of selves. We connect through these vulnerable acts with the world around us, and in turn, by going out we also journey in.
